Why I chose this recipe:
This dip is not only yummy, but also versatile. I have used this flavorful dip as an accompaniment to crudité, as a spread on turkey sandwiches and as a drizzle on roasted fish. I have some wonderful friends in Massachusetts and one of them is a caterer. She introduced me to a version of this dip this past winter. I made some changes to it and I love the subtle kick. .Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
4 Tbsp sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
Zest of half of a lime
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
